     St. Thomas Aquinas Church provided the setting Oct. 10 for the wedding of Brenda Sue Erdman, Dickson City, and James Casey, Archbald.
     The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Erdman, Nescopeck RR 2. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Casey, Archbald.
     The Rev. Gerard M. Gannon and Edward Casey, deacon, cousin of the bridegroom, performed the 3 p.m. ceremony.
     Roberta Erdman, Bellefonte, was maid of honor for her sister.
     William Strumsky, Archbald, was best man. Ushers were David Erdman, Nescopeck, brother of the bride, and Richard Klinko, Archbald.
     A reception followed at Montdale Country Club.
     The bride is a graduate of Central Columbia High School and Marywood College. She is a caseworker for Lackawanna County Area Agency on Aging. The bridegroom is a graduate of Valley View High School and Syracuse University. He is employed by Lackawanna County Area Agency on Aging and is owner of J. Casey Monument Co.
     Following a trip to Cozumel, Mexico, they reside in Archbald.¹

     Miss Mildred Casey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Casey, 37 Spring St., Carbondale, became the bride of Charles J. Tully, son of Mr. and Mrs William L. Tully, 509 Miles Ave., Olyphant, on Saturday at 11 AM. in St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale.
     The Rev. William Fleming performed the ceremony and celebrated the nuptial mass. White gladioli and chrysanthemums decorated, the altar.
     Miss Kathleen Casey was her sister's maid of honor. Bernard Tully, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Ushers were James Sheridan, Olyphant, and Joseph Tully, this city, another brother of the bridegroom.
     Breakfast for the bridal party and families followed at the, Montdale Country Club, where a reception was held later.
     Given in marriage by her father, the former Miss Casey wore a gown featuring a hand clipped lace bodice, a sabrina neckline studded with sequins, and a voluminous paneled skirt of silk and lace which ended in a chapel sweep. Her three-tiered hand-rolled pleated veil fell from a Juliet cap studded with sequins. She carried a prayer book, a white orchid, and lilies of the valley.
     The maid of honor wore a floor length turquoise taffeta gown with a voluminous skirt of tulle over draped taffeta. The matching cloche hat of turquoise taffeta was trimmed with pearls. She carried burnt orange chrysanthemums and Autumn leaves.
     For traveling to Canada and the New England States, the bride wore a light gray sheath dress, matching jacket and black accessories.
     The bride is a graduate of St. Rose High School and St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing, Carbondale. Her husband is a graduate of St Patrick's High School, Olyphant, and is attending the Pennsylvania State University Extension School.
     They will reside at 604 South Valley Ave., Olyphant.³

Mildred attended the First Casey Family Reunion, held on 26 September 1992 at Phillips Manor, at Cortez, Jefferson Township, Lackwanna County, Pennsylvania.⁵ Mildred attended the Second Casey Family Reunion August 3, 1996 at Split Rock Resort, Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania.⁶ Mildred died on 13 June 2002 at Mercy Hosiptal, Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505, at age 68.

     Charles J. Tully, 229 Sanderson Ave., Olyphant, died Saturday at home following an illness. His widow is the former Mildred Casey.
     Born in Dickson City, son of the late William Leo and Mary Collins Tully, he resided in Olyphant most of his life. He was a graduate of St. Patrick's High School, Olyphant, and attended the University of Scranton. He was employed as a contractor in residential construction. He was a former member of the Rotary Club and the Knights of Columbus. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Olyphant, and its choir.
     Also surviving are five daughters, Maureen O'Hara, Clark's Summit; Ann Feeney, Blue Bell; Mary Liz Butler, Dunmore; Kathleen Uhranowsky, Chinchilla; and Joyce Tully, at home; three sons, Charles G., Olyphant; and Brian and Leo, both of Clark's Summit; five brothers, Gerard and Joseph, both of Olyphant; Cyril, Scranton; William, Justus; and Bernard, Dickson City; two sisters, Audrey Durkin, Dickson City; and Mary Wilsey, Justus; nine grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
     He was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Robert; and a sister, Eileen Coble.
     The funeral will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the Michael Wargo Jr. Funeral Home, 307 Lackawanna Ave., Olyphant, with Mass at 9:30 in St. Patrick's Church, to be celebrated by the Rev. William D. Campbell. Interment, parish cemetery, Blakely.
     Friends may call today, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A wake service will be conducted this afternoon.⁵

     Charles Gerald Tully is the son of Charles Joseph Tully and Mildred M. Casey. He married Linda McGarry on 29 October 1988 at Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania 18640.^2,1 He married Susan Mazur.

     Brian Kevin Tully is the son of Charles Joseph Tully and Mildred M. Casey. He married Bernice R. Tisi in October 1987 at Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505.^2,3

     Ann Elizabeth Tully is the daughter of Charles Joseph Tully and Mildred M. Casey. She married Eugene Feeney on 8 May 1993.

     Mary Elizabeth Tully is the daughter of Charles Joseph Tully and Mildred M. Casey. She married Thomas Joseph Butler on 11 March 1989 at Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505.^3,4,2

     Kathleen Ann Tully is the daughter of Charles Joseph Tully and Mildred M. Casey. She married Joseph Uhranowsky on 12 February 1994.²

     Susann M. Gongliewski, Peckville, became the bride of Leo Tully, Olyphant, in a ceremony Saturday at Sacred Heart Parish, Peckville.
     The birde is the daughter of Marlene Gongliewski, 843 E. Scott St., Olyphant, and the late John Gongliewski Sr. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tully Sr., 229 Sanderson Ave., Olyphant.
     The Rev. Michael Polish officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony.
     The bride's gown of lustre satin was tyled with a portriat neckline and gaunlets accented with sequined and pearled Schiffli lace. The basque waistline was highlighted with a peplum and bow above a skirt and cathedral-length train hemmed with scalloped Schiffli lace. Her tiara of Austrian crystals and pearls released a pouf and double-tiered veil. She carried a bouquet of dendrobium and cymbidium orchids accented with pearls and ti leaves.
     Marianne Petschke, Cromwell, Conn., was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Nancy Bonavoglia, Olyphant, and Eynthia Reynolds, Dickson City, sisters of the bride; Nancy Gongliewski, Peckville, sister-in-law of the bride; Kathy Tully, Olyphant, sister of the bridegroom, and Kris Collins, Jessup.
     They wore teal blue formal sheath gowns.
     Vita Tully, Dunmore, and Katie Tully, Olyphant, nieces of the bridegroom, were junior bridesmaind and flower girl.
     Brian Tully, Clark's Summit, was best man for his brother. Ushers were Charles Tully, Olyphant, brother of the bridegroom; Vincent Talluto, Dunmore; Ray Kovaleski, Carbondale, and Steve Hricenak, Old Forge.
     John Gongliewski III, Peckville, and Ryan Reynolds, Dickson City, nephews of the bride, were junior usher and rine bearer.
     A reception followed at Genetti Manor, Dickson City.
     The bride, a graduate of Bishop O'Hara High School, received a degree in computer science at The Pennsylvania State University. She is controller at DK Trading Corp., Scranton.
     The bridegroom, a graduate of Bishop O'Hara High School, received a degree in electronic technology at DeVry Technical School. He is project engineer for Anemostat Systems Group, Scranton.
     Following a cruise to Hamilton Beach in Bermuda, they will live in Peckville.²

     Carl William O'Hara Jr. is the son of Carl William O'Hara Sr. and Mildred Rodney. He married Maureen Ann Tully on 9 June 1979 at Olyphant, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18447.^3,1,2

     He married Margaret Boland.¹ Daniel was born on 15 August 1867, at Susquehanna, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania 18847.^2,3 He was the son of Daniel Madigan and Bridget O'Rourke. He resided 509 Chenango Street, at Binghamton, New York 13900, in 1925.⁴ Daniel died on 2 July 1942 at Binghamton, New York 13900, at age 74.^5,3

     She married Daniel Stephen Madigan.¹ Margaret was born on 22 October 1870.² She was the daughter of Charles Boland and Cathrine (??) Boland.
