     Miss Olga Bartosh, daughter of Theodore Bartosh, 27, Froble St., Simpson, and the late Mrs. Mary Bartosh, was married to Robert F. Casey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Casey, 229 Sanderson Ave., Olyphant, Nov.26 at 11 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale. Rev. Vincent Harrity performed the ceremony before an altar decorated with white gladioli.
     Given in marriage by her brother, Peter Zegetasky, Simpson, the bride wore a street-length gown of white tissue taffeta designed with Chantilly lace bodice, scalloped neckline embellished in seed pearls and iridescents, three-quarter length lace sleeves shirred at the elbow and bouffant skirt with side lace drapes sprinkled with iridescents, accented in the back with a tailored bow and double streamers. Her tiered veil of silk illusion fell from a double crown of lace, pearls and
crystals. She carried a missal with a marker of white orchids and ivy.
     Miss Dorothy Notchick, Simpson, was maid of honor. She wore an autumn rose velveteen street-length gown styled with high neckline, elbow-length sleeves and bell-shaped skirt with a back bow. Her matching horsehair headpiece was entwined in pearls and crystals and capped with a bouffant veil. She carried a cascade of white pompons and ivy. John Connell, Clifton N.J. was best man.
     An afternoon reception was held at Carachillo Hall Simpson where, the bridegrooms mother wore a light blue two-piece knit suit with black accessories and corsage of white orchids.
     When the couple left on a wedding trip to Washington, D.C; the bride wore a green knit suit, black accessories and corsage of white orchids. Mr. And Mrs. Casey will reside in Somerville, N.J.
     The bride is a graduate of Fell Township High School and was employed by Gentex Corp., Simpson. The bridegroom is a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale, and is employed by Johns Manville, Inc., Manville, N.J.²

     Robert Gerald Hoppel Jr. is the son of Robert Gerald Hoppel and Ellen Amelia (Helen) Casey.

     She married Thomas Casey.³ Minerva was born. In later years she remarried John Rowan.

     Joseph died at age at an unknown age . Frank died in his twenties. He had no children.¹

He married Pansy (??) Casey.² Joseph was born on 28 March 1893, at Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18407.³ He was the son of Thomas Casey and Minerva Jane Cramer. He was baptized on 30 March 1893, at at St. Rose of Lima Church, at Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18407, in the Roman Catholic faith.³

     She married Joseph Francis Casey.² Pansy died at age at an unknown age . Pansy was born.

     She was baptized as Helen, but was know as Ellen Amelia.

She married Robert Gerald Hoppel.² Ellen was born on 24 November 1894, at Jermyn, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18433.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Casey and Minerva Jane Cramer. Ellen died on 31 March 1980 at age 85.¹ Her body was interred in 1980, at St. Catherine's Cemetery at Moscow, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18444.¹

     She was know as Florence, but was baptized Anna Florence. She had six children. (Barbara Barrett Thompson and Eleanor Barrett Kilker).
Anne was born on 5 October 1896, at Archbald, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18403. She was the daughter of Thomas Casey and Minerva Jane Cramer. She married James Fredrick Barrett on 4 April 1918 at Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505.⁴ Her body was interred in 1980, at Mother of Sorrows Cemetery at Greenfield Township, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.⁵ Anne died on 8 July 1980 at Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18407, at age 83.

     James was born on 11 July 1896, at Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania 18407. He was the son of John M. Barrett and Theresann Kearney. He married Anne Florence Casey on 4 April 1918 at Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505.⁴ His body was interred in 1984, at Mother of Sorrows Cemetery at Greenfield Township, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.⁵ James died on 21 August 1984 at Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505, at age 88.

     He married Ellen Amelia (Helen) Casey.² Robert was born on 10 July 1894, at Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505.¹ Robert died on 26 April 1950 at age 55.¹

     She married John L. Sullivan.² Jane Marie Hoppel is the daughter of Robert Gerald Hoppel and Ellen Amelia (Helen) Casey.

     Elizabeth Dorothy Hoppel is the daughter of Robert Gerald Hoppel and Ellen Amelia (Helen) Casey.

      Frederick James Hoppel lived at 5597 Seminary Road, Apt. 205 South, Falls Church, VA, 22041-3504. He married Alice Gilmore.² Frederick was born on 1 March 1924, at Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 18505. He was the son of Robert Gerald Hoppel and Ellen Amelia (Helen) Casey. He resided 5597 Seminary Road, Apt. 205 S., at Falls Church, Virginia 22041, in 1992. Frederick died on 25 May 1995 at Alexandria Hospital, Alexandria, Virginia 22300, at age 71. The following obituary appeared in the May 28, 1995 edition of the Sunday Times:

Fred J. Hoppel, May 25, 1995

     Fred J. Hoppel, 71, a retired insurance agency supervisor with the former Bankers Security Life, died Thursday in Alexandria Hospital, Alexandria, Va., after a stroke. His widow is Alice Hoppel.
     He was a native of Scranton, and attended the University of Scranton. He began his career in 1952 with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. In 1961, he joined Bankers Security as agency supervisor where he developed the Industrial Agency. He was the assistant superintendent of agencies in 1964 and assisted in the successful establishment of many general agencies. He later was appointed a branch manager and established a new office in Philadelphia. He was a graduate of the management orientation and agency officers schools of the Life Insurance Agency Management Association (LIAMA) and completed courses in pension planning at Purdue University. He was a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters and the District of Columbia Life Underwriters Association.
     Also surviving are three daughters, Eileen Houser and Barbara, both of Alexandria, Va; and Marie, Fairfax, Va; a son, Fred J., Annandale, Va; two sisters, Jane Sullivan, Rockville, Md; and Bette Hoppel, Washington, D.C; four brothers, Robert, Washington, D.C., Charles, Pennsylvania, Thomas, Metuchen, N.J., and William, Scranton; three grandchildren.
     Mass will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Community, Alexandria, Va. Interment, Mr. Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, Va.
     Friends may call Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Everly/Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Rd., Alexandria, Va.³
